Memorial service for Scott R. Steadman, 31, will be at 11 am today at the Riverside Mausoleum Chapel in Spokane.  Inturnment will be at Riverside Memorial Park. 

Mr. Steadman died Feb. 10, 1995 in Tucson following an AIDS-related illness.

He was born in Fort Scott, Kan.

Mr. Steadman had lived in Phoenix before moving to Spokane in 1975.  He graduated from Mead High School in 1981.

He attended Spokane Falls Community College for two years and transferred to Arizona State University in 1983.  He made his home in Phoenix and Tucson.

He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Doris and Robert Link of Spokane; his father and stepmother, Robert and Karen Steadman of Topeka, Kan; one brother, Rod Steadman of Spokane; two sisters, Kim Steadman of Los Angeles and Jennifer Steadman of Pullman; and his grandmothers Lydia Polley or Waltham, Mass., and Dorothy Steadman of Topeka.
